Where is CORION made?

All CORION bags and accessories are handcrafted in traditional Italian ateliers in Florence, where expert craftsmen with skills that have been passed down through generations carve each product amorously.

How do I maintain my CORION item?

Storing bags in their proper dust-bag is highly recommended when they are not worn. The bags need to be kept away from any source of heat and humidity.

Patent Leather: Patent bovine leather has been coated with a high gloss finish for an exceptional shine. Dirt adhering to the coating can be removed with a damp cloth, using a mild soap if necessary. Patent leather should never come in contact with another patent object as this may result in stains.

Embossed Calf Leather: The vegetable tanning process for this type of leather maintains its original features and accentuates its natural quality. This leather has a worn-in appearance, which along with its softness will become more pronounced with time. Please use only a very small amount of neutral cream and a soft cloth in circular motion to maintain the leather if necessary.

How do I return an item I’ve ordered online?

Returns are available for all items within 30 days of shipping provided the return conditions are met. Items returned must be in their original, unused condition with all CORION item tags attached and any related accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns or anything CORION reasonably believes has been used will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

How may I try a product prior to purchasing it online?

We are delighted to invite you to discover CORION products at our Paris Showroom upon appointment during working hours. Working hours are 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.

What are acceptable methods of payment?

Payments will be processed via credit card or paypal. Orders paid by check will be sent in the period of 10 days following the receipt of the check, to ensure the solvency of your account.

How can I follow my order?

All shipments are made with order tracking. You will receive a tracking number, provided by our carrier, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Who is in charge of my order?

All placed orders will be sent directly from CORION headquarters in Paris. After receipt of the payment, our team will determine appropriate courier who will deliver the order to your destined premises.

Where does CORION deliver?

We currently deliver in France Metropolitan, in Corsica, in Belgium, in Swiss, in Luxembourg and also in Monaco. However, if you wish to deliver your order abroad, do not hesitate to contact our customer services for different international shipment rates. Shipping and returns are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

As long as you have not validated and paid the total amount of your order, your shopping cart is modifiable and may be canceled.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times are estimates which may be used as a guide only, and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Standard delivery within France Metropolitan region takes between 24 and 72 hours. Please note that all orders will require a signature upon delivery.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Please proceed to ‘Sign in’ and select ‘Forgotten password’. We will email you a new password. For security purposes, we may request further information to verify your identity.

How will I know that my order has been made?

We will send you an order acknowledgment email within 24 hours. Please contact our Customer Services should you not receive this email.

If an item is out of stock, may I be notified when it becomes available?

Can I send my order as a gift?

Your orders can be sent as a gift.
